Tibbs: Get something up, homie!
Treble: I try and take care of my stuff. I replaced the clear plastic sleeve the LP came in with a generic sleeve and stuck the card to it sticker cover style. I'm a big fan of stickered sleeves, and as many of you will know, those thick plastic sleeves are terrible quality. Most seem to turn brittle over time, begin coming apart at the seams, crack + break and I've seen cases where the plastic takes on a hazy yellowish quality and/or somehow reacts with the vinyl as well (= record cancer). I've switched out the one on my Triple Digits EP for the same reasons; I'll try and post some more pics later today.
Covers coming apart at the seams really isn't a big deal as it's easily remedied. Dogeared sleeves, heavy spinewear/ringwear or the previous owner skribbling their name all over the cover and/or label on the other hand...
(It's never people with nice handstyles that do this either; it's usually more like 1st grader's handwriting or doctor's clawmarks.
