Anyone know why? I don't think there'd be any collaboration rights issues would there? It just seems weird that it's the only album to be removed, although most of Fun DMC has been missing for a while now. Tried reaching out to Thes on insta by tagging him but he's obviously very busy at the moment.

Yes! This has changed in the last few weeks too!
Fun DMC is Gold Dust Media, but why there's only 4 tracks available I don't know.

From what I remember, the group has had an on again, off again relationship with OM. They were the group's first record deal and covered The Next Step, Question, O.S.T., ...Or Stay Tuned, as well as the OM Years Compilation. After that, Thes and Double went to Basement Records, an LA guy for Stepfather and Gold Dust Media for FUN DMC. IIRUC, they weren't super pumped with either and went back to OM for Carried Away, which I think surprised many. After that, they were strictly independent aside from some sort of deal for a limited time in 2016 - 2017ish with REDEF (but I think that was just leveraging production/distribution).
As part of their agreement, I think OM has held onto the rights and benefits of some of the more popular music (including SF Knights, Acid Raindrops). This last surfaced when Thes wanted to release instrumentals for Carried Away but I believe never saw a commercial release due to blockage from what I assume to be OM.

yep. That pretty much covers it. I think Om were a great label for The P when they were starting out and even though they were typically a dance music label they really got behind the group and gave them a deal when no one else was too interested.
But there were a few things that irked. I think Om put out 'the Om Years' without really asking PUTS, just because they had rights to that stuff. Also they didn't let the group know for years how well OST had sold - Thes talks about it in a few interviews. They didn't think it had done very well and were in the dark that it actually sold really well and I'm not sure they ever saw the money for all that...

Man, all of that sucks. I suppose that's what happens when you make a deal with the devil.
On a positive note, Or Stay Tuned has been restored!
