Came across this - anyone heard it?
Apparently mastered by Thes. I didn't know these two had a connection but I think they might have a link through surfing & chemistry surfboards. Album also features Blu, One Be Lo, Exile...

Blame One is a veteran MC. Some might be familiar with his former group Mysterys Extinction (who had ties to KanKick), some might have heard of him through the much more recent Big Block Silvers project.
I'd wager the latter is what [re]connected the dots here, seeing that Thes also mastered BBS (which was released via Chem[istry] Records).
Both Blame and Veks (of Missing Children, Red Lotus Klan, Apes of Graff, Last Jazz Club notoriety) reside in San Diego, so I'd say the two of them linking up is fairly self explanatory. 
Veks now goes by Trevor J BTW and put out a nice little project with Norway's Loop.Holes crew on production a short while ago.

Blame One: Well most people that know my music know that I have a strong connection with Exile. J57 is one of my partners in rhyme. Thes has a great connection with Harry, who is also a surfer like Thes. Thes actually supports us on the project and is behind us, so it was natural for him to do a remix. We will also release a new exclusive track with those remixes as well.
it’s an exciting introduction to the project, which will be followed up with remixes from Exile, J57 and People Under The Stairs’ Thes One.

It's possible Wes Osborne mastered the BBS recordings for general/digital release (as he's someone who's worked a fair bit with Exile and his Dirty Science imprint) and Thes REmastered the tracks specifically for the vinyl release...
The credits on the back of the record sleeve are quite clear though:
