What struck me as odd hovever is that the DVD is "LIMITED EDITION – ONLY 1,000 UNITS AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE."? I understand limited pressing quantities of vinyl or other 'specialty items', but a DVD, really?
Sure, you can tell someone put a good bit of effort into designing the packaging and of course despite the P's large and ever-growing fanbase the disc would never sell large amounts of copies but still...
I did notice that OM doesn't seem to be directly involved in the DVD beyond distribution as there's only the PUTS records stamp on the sleeve and disc (can anyone confirm or deny this?). Are there only 1000 of these because the project was financed by Thes & KK? Or is someone using the 'limited edition'-label as a marketing tool to increase demand for a small limited supply once again?
On a related note: The 'Acid Raindrops live' / 'Down in LA DJ Day Remix' 7" seems to be a definite hhv exclusive (their logo ist on the label). The Down in LA Remix is available through itunes as part of the 'Beer EP' though...
