You'd think they lost a hockey game or something..
woah - Peckham on Monday night was madness. People walking round just carrying bottles and bricks. Saw one guy straight up changing the number plates on his car. Crazy. I mean who burns up the Party Shop!??

that was 5 minutes from where I live!!
depressing times. unfortunately more depressing thing is everyone's going to focus on short term solutions to the thuggery, rather than the actual social issues that are behind it all.
Hows America doing?

thats hilarious!!
This sh!t was bad, the only reason it didnt kick off where i live is coz theres nothing worth stealing! lol.
Gota say tho, camerons ranting about "bad parents" and "lack of moral values" is a load of bollocks! The reason it kicked off boils down to the economic system which we live in and the constant pressures individuals are under while those at the top get richer and richer!
The numptys at the riots didnt realise any of this tho, they just took advantage of the situation!
How are things in America? Well, looking at the daily news is starting to be about as fun as a prostate exam, honestly. Essentially, it boils down to politicians that won't compromise (actually, screw compromise, I'm not sure they even think), corporations that won't hire (they've increased productivity and outsourced... Why bother?), citizens that actually listen to the lowest common denominator of cat-sh*t crazy low-lifes (and BELIEVE them), religions still acting like their fundies are justified (but everyone else needs to be carpet bombed), respect is at its lowest, there's no hope... ... ... ... and the worst part is that hip hop groups out of L.A. are making me wait to hear the new sh*t they drop. I don't know about rioting, but I'm definitely up for doing something crazy... Maybe I'll stage a 24-hour Benny Hill marathon or something.
haha! Benny Hill marathon, sactown you crazy fool!
The U.S must be looking at the U.K with a raised right brow as to what was going on over in England right now (ish), it's bullshizzle, I feel for the people who have to deal with it within independent shops, I know of one shop that have worked hard and out of pocket just for a few idiots' sake.
Apologies for the perhaps delegation of a first post. No offence meant.
