Okay, so global warming has nothing to do with "man" and its all to do with the sun/nature? So what? There is still an crisis of epic proportions coming when we run out of fossil fuels? Why theres still an argument i will never know? Its not about global warming, there is a MUCH MUCH MUCH bigger problem were facing.
Also, while the enviroment may not be suffering as much as a result of us, what about these superpowers such as china continuing burning fossil fuels and polluting the local areas air? Im sure its not nice having to wear smog masks constantly?

Thats the thing if they used the time and energy they're putting towards investigating and trying to counter "Man Made Climate Change" and instead used this time and energy to develop clean renewable energy we would be in a better situation.
Governments and Corparations love throwing around this "Man Made" bizness they can use it to push through policies and to sell products like energy saving light bulbs etc!
The Western World loves China's cheap costs, they continue to import/export with China despite the polluting of the air and natrual area.
Its like look at use we have low emissions but ooh China is bad...
(Hey China we still cool to get all that cheap crap sent over, yeah? cool)
Yeah China sort it out, you're bad!
(oh are we still on for us to send you all our rubbish so you can melt it down and make more crap to send us... and your costs are still really low yeah?)
Also the fact the Scientists at even CERN are being dictated to about what they can and cannot investigate AND even getting shunned if they show certain findings is a disgrace.
We all thought this thought of thing happened, but it saddens me to actually read that it is going on especially somewhere like CERN.
Its like the Government refusing to listen to Prof Nutt about reclassification of Cannabis.
If you have a team of Scientists and you ask them to investigate something but you don't like their findings you cant just silence them... you must act on the findings or least further investigate them.
You cannot just pick and choose the information that best suits you.
Reasearch is done for a reason.
This is more the point I was trying to get across.

What happens if the LHC fails to find the Higgs Bossom thus suggesting the the current standard model of physics is incorrect or at least incomplete, will they tell us or cover it up?
Politics should not be involved with Science... Science is what is out there, what things are made of, how things are made, where we could be going, where we've come from... politics is how we should behave within the confonds of space i.e what we're investigating.
Poltics should not infere with our learning of the Universe / Multiverse.
But Science can help us make the right decisions and policies for the future.

Sadly as much as the world and people in it need to do the "right" thing...this always (even with the best intentions) gets skewed because of money.
I think science is deffo the key but i also like to just wonder sometimes and let my imagination go.
