Hey yall. Here's an update on the weekend.
Double and I spent all day Friday writing and I think everyone's going to love the song tentatively titled "Chris & Mike's Excellent Adventure". Saturday I went to the Pet Adoption fair with the fam. Trying to adopt a dog here. Looking at getting a Boxer or some other type of large dog that will sit in the studio with me while I make beats. Everyone look out for the dog updates as I try to find just the right mutt. Sunday morning I spent over at Rahul's house and we woke up at 6:00 am to go to the Record Swap. The first dude we hit right when we walked in was the best vendor and between the two of us we cleaned him out. I'm not really at liberty to say what we caught but it was definately on point.
Last night (Sunday) I did an interview with these great cats who are documenting Hip Hop artists and how music affects thier lives and those of the ones around them for a masters thesis and presentation. It was an honor and it's crazy to think that the tape is going to be archived in college museums somewhere for future generations to peep out.
Just a sidenote: I'm going to try my best to answer every question directed at me on the board, but as more and more people join our community it might take me a little longer. Just bear with me yall... and thanks to everyone for joining and contributing. I think it's safe to say it's are getting it off the ground nicely ehh yoyopo?

sounds like a cool weekend - loving the Bill and Ted vibe on that. You need to get an animal too man although my cat always wakes me up too early when I'm having a lie in
I had quite a nice weekend too - I went a bought a few of your fine records, then went to a couple parties, one ended with a fight and cops, the other with me being mildly drunk but ain't that the way to go! Back to work now though and youre right, this place is getting busy (I think I'm gonna implement a couple things to get everything a bit more streamlined)

And also, I forgot to mention that the simple, easy to use online merchandise site is pretty much done. Now to figure out what to exactly to sale. What are people interested in? Of course, all of the CD's will be on there along with some vinyl and t-shirts. What else? Hoodies? SLipmats? I'm open to suggestions. How about collectables? I was thinking about limited copies of actual rhyme book pages. ANy songs people would be interested in getting a copy of the page? Let me know...Let's do it yall.....

Question is, do you go mega serious and get McFarlane on the case. Or do you keep it sweet and go for oversized chunky stuff?

I think bumper stickers or patches would be pretty bomb. You cant go wrong with a nice trucker hat either. Action figures????? Well I would buy um. . .

hoodies for sure.......damn, a dvd would be real dope.......maybe some type of comp with songs you've done with other artists such as MURS, or hard to find songs......cuz alot of the actual albums their featured on are damn near impossible to find.........

I like the sound of shot glasses. Nice quality though, not some cheap print thats gonna come off in the dishwasher!

I think it would be sick to have some PUTS stickers. Im from boise also and no one reps the p in boise. Its way cool to here what shallat had to say about you guys and it is exactly right. I know the motel you are talking about that you stay in boise. Definately not the coolest place haha. But you really need to have a show in boise all my friends and I heard about you in 99 and ever since there is always a PUTS cd within reach. You make the best music around and I would be down to rock what ever merhcandise you can come up with. Oh well stay up. And keep the best music around comin.

Disc Golf discs that look like vinyl.......(thats hot)

classic fav ..... the beer koozie (colder holder, etc)

ps. obviously in addition to the tunes in all mediums (8 track?)

Dude PUTS action figures to add not just to my hip hop collection but action figure collection thats too f***ing cool.

But Rhyme Book pages for sure sounds different..best bet for a good price is an Auction on ebay.

I would love to put up some stickers everywhere and slipmats would be great! ... I'd love one with The Cat on, watch that little dude spinning round (check this dope Ninjatune one here )
- also some of the rarer vinyls maybe (Next Step 12" ?)
- rhyme books is a really good idea too Thes, glad you thought of that one

also I dunno if you could do this but maybe you could sell some of the Culturama DVDs / videos cos I know you're on some of them and they're damn hard to get in Europe, would love to see you rocking on my telly
