In May 2003, Thes One and the BLQ homeboys (Newman, Maanumental, Sir Kado and Superbrush 427 from Giant Panda) packed their samplers, their turntables, their records, their fishing poles, their multi-track recorder and their mics and travelled 670 miles south into the heart of Baja Sur, Mexico. There they set up camp next to the Sea Of Cortez for 2 weeks and this EP is the result of their time spent there. By the time they left, they were 5 songs and 3 super 8mm videos deep. A dedication to the endless summer and the ultimate roadtrip, the Bloquera EP is a nice addition to any P.U.T.S. fan catalog and required listening for fans of good hip hop music.
