What do you do when you need to make a 1:20 scale model of a brick wall? Aside from issues with mold, structural integrity, colour and seriousness the best choice is biscuits!

Such tasty wafers are reminiscent of Song Dong’s ‘biscuit city’ in Selfridge’s London department store last year. It took six days to build from 72,000 biscuits and was subsequently rapidly consumed by the general public. Fresh!
