Yo Mambo7891. I am sort of in the same boat. Much poorer than I would like to be at the moment & won't do the whole illegal download shizzle. So whatever I find will give the heads up on this thread.

Quite a few albums for free on there, some just beats others with some good MC's. A good way to see if it's you type of thing is to listen to either 'Holiday compilatron 2099' or 'We are world around, vol 1'. Both feature various artists off the label.

So maybe something a little different, found this guy while checking out who else is playing the PUTS show in september and found this *free* legal download album from him... hes called Simiah and hes all about jazz loops and an MPC, theres no vocals over the tracks tho, strictly instrumantal (hence the bit different, is it hip-hop without the lyrics???) butits a nice chilled out album, good quality, and well worth downloading!!!

And thanks to everyone who posts in here regular, im skint ATM and being able to listen to new music without (legally) paying for it means alot as i dont like to download illegally from artists. so THANKS!!!

It's a little hard to listen to Dizzy like this after listening to UD for so long. Especially after tracks such as "Mr. Tough Guy" and "Potty-Mouth."
