Not really a movie & not even a song, but in the last episode of 'Flight of the Conchords' series 1. There is a scene in the club, can not remeber exactly who is stood there (thinking Murray & Jermaine) & in the background is a load of PUTS posters. Was buzzing the PUTS got represented at the time.

I've never noticed that... I will have to have a look for that.
Nice one.

"Murray, present!"

Wow, that version of Trippin' at the Disco is dope. Gotta get me that smartphone.

Gotta disagree, those cheesy synth strings and horns...? Sh!t sucks, dude.

Presumably they had to replace the sample because it was too recognizable....

I like it! ALOT! seems they have a good rep with the video games, i love nothing more than going on a GTA killing rampage with PUTS playing in the background!

That version is the same that can be found on HTC Desire smartphones. Got mine about a year ago and was quite surprised.

That Dirt 3 version has some serious trumpet action in there on the chorus...

"San Francisco Knights" was on the graffiti documentary The Art of Storytelling.

That flick got me into PUTS; the film had a nice soundtrack too.

I don't recall any movies but the P have been on a couple of video games.
"The Next Step 2" is on the soundtrack of Tony Hawk's Underground (2003), in fact I think I still have that game somewhere. Tony Hawks had always great songs.
Also, my quick search on google revealed that "Trippin at the Disco" was featured on the racing game DiRT 3's soundtrack.
