none of THe UT stores had it eiTHer...
Same-ass story too... called 'em, THey said it was There. Get THere and it isn't, so THey look it up & it says a big fat 0 in every UT store location...

funny THing was THe dude was tryin' to tell me & my bro THaT it wasn't out yet... man did he get an earful!

Yup don't know what it is about Best Buy but they just don't have it. I went to one today and I asked the little emo kid workiing "Ya'll got the new FUN DMC People under the Stairs album?"and he looked at me with this strange facial expression and said "Never heard of them". I said Excuse ME!?, he went and looked it up and it showed none in the whole district of where I live. I was about to raise all hell with those Jive Turkeys!

u have itunes? just dload it from the music store, then wait for the hard copy. man i cudnt wait for the cd to show up in the mail. i was gonna stay up til midnite to dload it but then i passed out--woke up at like 4am and got it. lol same day it showed up in the mail. <- yeah ima head.

So I thought I'd be cunning and avoid this "credit crunch" bizness by getting it from the market place thing cheaper.
I ordered Kingspade 'ptb' and their live dvd from the same seller so thought I might as well get Fun from there too.

Only trouble is its gotta come from America and the delivery estimate is like 3rd Oct to the 17th Oct thats far too long, so I'm gonna be rinising the OM years in my car until I take delivery!
Amazon said it could take up to 8 weeks or something stupid to get Fun delivered from themselves so its the lesser of 2 evils really.

So in conclusion this credit crunch now offically sucks lol.

But on the plus side I should have a nice oz of home grown by the time I get Fun and that's gotta be worth the wait...

best buy has the most garbage "rap" section--like, i can see some carson daly lookin dude in there stockin albums--oh the people under the stairs? that shud go in the movie section! whats it doin in music? thats prolly y it was in back. i bet if u broke into a bb, u wud find stax of tha p archived like those indiana jones flix--the bastards.

goin to bb to buy the p is like goin to beach to find nemo--u have a better chance at finding waldo. i used to have adventures like that back in the day--like tryin to find the next step. i cant even remember where i got it--prolly ended up havin to order it--even in metro areas hip hop just aint hip hop to most folk, so im not suprised fans have hard times findin tha p--f*ck, jayz is at walmart lol remember back in the day dept stores didnt carry "explicit" music?

crazy...and for those who arent in metro areas? its tuff livin in a small town and findin hip hop. 99% of their collections is country or rock. and when u go to spots that classify hip hop as "r &b" u know ur in TROUBLE!! lol u hit up a spot and all they have is like one lil row of n@#$#$ music <- cuz thats what they think of it. i f**king walk out of spots like that.

anyway, i have a hate for bb, and id like to burn the place down. u ever c harold n kumar? on that anthony anderson sh!t. for real....

Now im really happy and then I ask him why arent they out in the NEW REALESE SECTION and he has no explanation.So i tell the dude thankz and recommend the CD for the dude after showing him the quote from Vapors Magazine...."ONE OF THE BEST HIP HOP ALBUMS IN 2008"

Same thing happened to me at the Best Buy on PCH in torrance. I took my baby son in there so he could buy dad's Cd and all i saw was Om Years. I was heated so i pulled a kid over and sweated him. He was like dude I don't know. I said "WHERE"S MY CD MAN" and he went back and found a stack of 7 sitting in the back of the warehouse. It's like they aren't even trying to sell it. Anyways, my little fatboy got a chance to buy dads CD after all. BEST BUY made me WORK for it!

Did the Best Buy kid happen to take any notice of the dude on the front cover? Woulda done a double take for sure haha

Alright everyone this is my first post on here though i have passed through countless times to read alot of intresting stuff and this seems a cool place to come and chill in cyber space with fellow P fans

I actually crashed my works van as i was nodding my head and focusing my eyes at the CD deck in the ride like a man possessed at the sonic masterpiece that is Anotha ( BBQ ) . I was not looking where i was going ( As you do ) and mounted the kerb and straight into a bin , if this wasnt bad enough i spilt my bottle of lucozade original all over my crotch area which seept through and made my you know what sticky and f***ed up my chances of a BJ of the missus on arrival at homebase

The dent to the van didnt take away what was a momentous day in the life of fan of the P . I love this album .......dearly already . Having been captivated since the very begining up until this latest offering i can only say hand on heart that it just keeps getting better and better . I remember seeing the lads live in Melbourne in 2000 and it being special , then catching them in Manchester in 2006 and it being even better again . Double K and Thes i salute you . Absolutely flawless

I phoned the Best Buy near me and got passed around two different people and had to wait for ages to see if they'd sell mee a copy on Monday, finally after the guy took ages to find the info on his screen, he said they wouldn't sell it to me early. Then I asked if they were going to have them in stock on Tuesday and he said No straight away - why couldn't they have told me this in the first place?!?!

I ended up down Virgin Megastore at Disneyland at midnight waiting for a copy. Now the P can officially say they're down with Disney

I was going upstairs in the store to use the lav when I bumped into my gf who was there waiting for them to sell it to her, she doesn't even like hip-hop and was buying it for me as a surprise how cool is that?! So we went back to mine and I made her sit with me out the back of the house listening to it, she said she was cold so I gave her my Fun DMC hoodie to wear! haha! Best thing for it at the time I thought...

I also tried copin' it monday at Dusty Groove Records. They said that I would be able to purchase it that day so I got excited as hell. Long story short drove an hour in traffic to no avail. Apperently the lable wouldn't allow them to do so. Didn't get mad just kind of sucked. Picked it up yestarday and picked up DOUBLES

same thing for me... i didn't have time to go running all over the chicago area hunting out best buys, so i used the online stock-checking thing that lets you buy for in-store pickup. not a SINGLE store had them in... the closest i saw were Champaign (Univ. of Illinois) and Racine WI.

all good though, ended up copping from amazon and using the free trial for premium shipping. just need to remember to cancel it now...
