Personally, I won't be at all surprised if it turns out he killed himself. He must've been one of the most unhappy people on the planet. I mean, think about it...

Totally screwed up childhood consisting of an abusive father, brothers who f***ed groupies in the same hotel room as you and an abnormal (especially in 1969) degree of fame and recognition. Is it any wonder he wanted to spend his life in some kind of perpetual childhood - some neverland?

But the realities of adult life - especially in the spotlight - would never allow that. The past twenty five years have just been one nightmare after another for him. Top this with that fact that he was so badly in debt he had to commit to a tour schedule no fifty year old could ever cope with.

I'd want to die too...

I just hope the afterlife is a nicer place for him.

I'm with you, dodo. Probably not to the same degree, but I definitely see where you're coming from. Of course, Mike would just tell you that it's human nature...

The fact is that there will always be people who kick others when their down... and there will always be people who will make a spectacle out of something that doesn't concern them... it's weak as f*ck, but it happens...

I think we should let Michael rest in peace... if you really want to gossip about someone, talk about the guy that wrote "You Light Up My Life"... he's being held on 91 counts of sexual assault against 4 different women... oops.

I dunno, the thing that MJ signifies for me the most is the f*cked up social situation in the US and in western society in general. It?s like that bit in three kings where Mark Wahlberg is being interrogated:

Michael Jackson was lauded, but in this society, as soon as they put you up, they can?t wait to tear you down. Now all the fat f*cks around the planet who were salivating over the details of his supposed child molestation case and the downfall of his career, and his nigh bankruptcy, all those slavering c*nts are gonna be giving it ?oh he was the greatest, the most inspiring musician of our times?. Everyone will jump on the bandwagon and pat themselves on the back for feeling sad about it, and we?ll all get on with our lives. No one will ask why he f*cked himself up so much. No one will question the fact that western society strip mined this poor guys life till he was a shell of a man. I?m f*cking serious, it makes me sick. It disgusts me. Idiots everywhere are going to be talking about what a shame it is yada yada yada. Well how long ago was it that everyone was taking the piss? Not long my friend, not long.

If you were a genuine fan, and all the rest, and you never took any entertainment from his downfall, then good on you, your one of the few f*cking people with any semblance of morality or conscience or honour left on this f*cking ball of mud we call a planet.

And yes, I?m f*cking sad about MJ dying. But I NEVER took pleasure in watching him crash and burn.
