any love for the real ales here? im a pipe smoking, flat cap wearing, read the newspaper and moan about the yoof with a pint of bitter 22 yo. lol.

cupple of my faves,

summer haze
butty bach
brains smooth extra cold
waggle dance

also, southern comfort n lemonade.

most memrable time was a local pub called the black cock (yeah, seriously...) had its annual cocktoberfest (like the german equlivent)
over three days i tried all 45 beers and 11 ciders. woke up after 2nd day in a horse paddock across field when owners came to muck out horses. lol.

The few times I've been able to sneak a couple in. I enjoyed Corona, also Hornsby's, but it's not beer, hard apple cider. Way better taste, and even more alcohol content than most beer.

I'm a fan of Quilmes, argentinian beer. Scotland has more beer than you can shake a keg at, it's a national past time here, getting wasted. I'm partial to a Hoegarden once in awhile, but usually I default to Redstripe, More Easy Vibe bredran... Irie...
