It took me about two and a half nights, about 3-4 hrs a night. The first night was mostly the WRLA commercial at the end (roughly lining up the mouths and stuff). It was a fun project and now I'm thinking about trying again with something else... Any suggestions, y'all?

My main disappointment in the finished official video was in the editing, actually. There was a lot of stuff that could've been expanded, truncated, or added that would've made it more appealing to me. More breakin', more video game imagery (which was just projected on the wall in the finished cut), less slow-mo, etc. The shots they chose for Mike and Chris weren't my favorites either. On the night of the shoot, Thes was showing us some of the other stuff they'd shot (that never even got in the video), and there was a dope take of Thes rapping under a swinging light bulb, and he keeps hitting it 'cause he's throwin' hands in the screen & the air (you can see it in the actual video on some TV screens when the guy starts walking down the alley). There was also a shot through a cell block window of Double rapping inside the cell, and at one point, he's throwing fingers thru the window of the cell. Wished they'd used those shots.

BUT like I said, I liked the finished product, I just think the director and editor made the wrong choices.

In any case, I had to bust the video game clip show, 'cause that was what went through my mind the first time I heard the track in the headphones.
