I guess you could say my goal is to not make tons of money and be well recognized, but to inspire others or just make an honest good living having fun at work!

It's a dream to make studio films but also a dream of mine to make indie films you know? I love all film, it's all great art that really moves me as a person.

It would also be cool to work for the travel, discovery, tlc, or national geographic channels. And current tv is my fav channel so if I could work with them I would pass out.

Hey Thes can i travel on tour with you guys this summer and film the shows for a PUTS DVD? I'm thinking that would be an awesome Internship haha

sh!t Xel I'm having the same music sh!t at my school. I'm writing this paper about hip-hop's progression in history class, and this dude comes up to me and he's like: "Please put in the jerk movement in there....along with Lil Wayne and Young Money." It's hard tolerating the bullshizzle, especially since kids at my school are (supposed to be) smart. But life's too short to wade through the muck like that. I'm sure there are hip-hop heads at my school and UC Santa Cruz.

know how u feel, its like u need to educate them and once they know, theyre life will feel better. ive got better recently tho, i used to preach ALL THE TIME about good music, to mates, to complete strangers, truth is, some people jus aint intrested, i usually bump the good stuff, and if someones that way, they ask what it is/where they can get it....

If you like Anal C*nt, then you like Anal C*nt. If you want to watch Michael Bolton & Celine Dion imitate Sam & Dave, then go get it. Definitely not my taste, but whatever.

Now, I'm not crazy about that sh*t on the radio, but throwing the baby out with the bathwater is a bad f*cking idea, 'cause you lose a grip of culture that way. To use country music as an example, go tell a rap-hating, country lover that Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Garth Brooks, Rascal Flats, (or whoever else you want to mention) all sound the same... uneducated, white jerk-offs for a pick-up truck and cattle-drives. Watch them lose their minds.

Of course, I don't think that way. I actually dig a lot of that older country music, but it would still be funny to have them perceived the way they perceive MCs.

Exactly! Especially since you spend those quarters with the same people mostly. So you get to know them and work on homework together. Except the one thing that bugs me is that they all have never heard of the PUTS, or even A Tribe Called Quest.

During a study session, one guy asked what I was listening to, I said "Oh dude, some classic Common Sense." He replied "WTF, why are you listening to an audio book of Thomas Paine's pamphlet?"

I invited this girl to study with me at the library, (you know how it is) and I always have PUTS/funky stuff in my ear at low volume when im studying, so people always ask what im listening to. She asked me, I said, "Some nice hip hop! Wanna listen?" She said "No thanks, I dont listen to retards attempting poetry." WHAT?@!?@ (Retards Attempting Poetry = r.a.p. -_-)

See, that sounds bad-*ss. Year-long courses are the sh*t if that's what you want to do. I took genetics until my eyeballs fell out and had a blast.
