This is all really good stuff guys, and i appreciate the time and effort each one of you is putting into these suggestions.

I have made a list of all of the things that have been recommended and will now try to price everything out. I won't say no to anything in particular yet, but i will explore everything i can.

As far as the store launch date, I am looking at

MAY 15th, 2010

On this date, the store will go live and everything will be available. It's complicated because there is so much to do, so much to make, and i am really focusing on a few ACTUAL new releases to set it off with:

1) PUTS 10 Year Anniversary DVD/Movie

2) "Acoustic Maurice" x2 Vinyl Direct to Disc Session w/Movie

following that hopefully this summer will be my solo producer album (think Axelrod) "Wonderful Radio", and i am going to stay on mikes back about him finally finishing his solo record, all of which will hopefully be made available exclusively through the site.

There is so much to do, from business structuring stuff to web stuff. In the coming months i might call on you all to help promote this in a street team sort of way and you will get dope stuff sent to you in return, straight 90's stile.

There are an unlimited number of people who think that this can't be done, or who aren't willing to accept the possibility that artist can sell direct to fans. This is a revolution in a sense and it's going to be a movement by and for the fans so you all know that you will be involved in alot of the ideas. I've handled alot of business bullshizzle in the industry for 10+ years on behalf of PUTS, at least if we can't make this work it's on me and no one else.

A Best of PUTS box set on 7" would be nice.

Perhaps make the "Trippin at the Disco" and "The Wiz" videos available to buy as HD Downloads?

Really nice T-Shirts would be cool. Something in similar vain to the Cold Chillin ones.

A little bit off topic but have People under Stairs ever appeared in Wax Poetics? I've been reading it for a couple of years now and always hope they might get interviewed.

The compilation packs are a good idea, but I think most of us already have all the albums, so it will be a bit tricky, still a good idea.
I definitely wouldn't mind seeing extra pressing of American Men (Vol. 1)
just to make -accept singles- my collection totally complete.
And a couple of hoodies, shirts & other collectibles (gear or music) would be really nice.

How about re-releases of old vinyl singles and albums?
Can't get enuff P vinyl.

A mix CD cut and scratched by Double K?
Like an old skool one maybe with some Melle Mel... "Dear Double K what's wrong with you?" haha.

Double K mixtapes would be well dope.

Sweatbands would be cool, also maybe a hairband/headband... I wear one for football and a puts one would be nice to strike fear into the opponents... right before they nutmeg me again haha.

I am looking forward to the DVD loads.

Me and my mates are loving the root down.
Can't stop laughing at Thes' face while Will.he.Aint is fronting like some sort of ass faced chump!

I'd definitely like to see a b-sides and rarities CD, i think that'd sell real well... Just make sure next stets is on there

Yeah, I like the idea of the beat tapes.

I also like that "Ultimate P Fan" option that trenchmc put up. Put together everything that was released for sale as one item.
