Yeah, it is Ramsey Lewis' version. Black Sheep also used it on Similak Child from their first LP, plus Gang Starr, Masta Ace, Mic Geronimo and probably a few more.

Yeah he's okay. Speaking of Evidence you can't forget the Alchemist, being that they're bros and all. Alchemist is dope, but idk about Evidence, a lot of his stuff with Dilated Peoples is kinda choppy, maybe that's just his flow idk.

first up, if you're considering madlib, then you've got to take into account the quasimoto and madvillian albums, both works of twisted genius.
