the Missus™ & i had a serious talk about it last night (over a bunch of beers) and decided that our NYE resolution for 2015 will be to attend a PUTS show, somehow, somewhere... i'm hoping NYC.
tricky thing, though, not sure why, but the PUTS always seem to wait till a month or so before the date to announce their shows?
doesn't leave alot of time for planning/plane tix/hotels etc.

doesn't matter. this year, we're gonna MAKE IT HAPPEN.

would love to meet some of you cats in the flesh.

Some things of note...

International Breaks won't be happening with pl70. That was my compilation of rare drum breaks from around the world.

I've made 6 volumes so far with the first 2 on vinyl out now. Volume 4 was going to be released through piecelock along with some ideas branching off this.. Thes contributed to vol. 4 and he and I went through his records checking for drums and added 15 or so, which was really dope, and a lot of fun. Holla on the PM if any of you djs's/producers are interested in any of the drum break volumes.

I'd like to see Wonderful Radio get its proper release with a limited edition of some sorts. Something along the lines of the 10YOTO boxset where the album is inside a handcrafted radio or something. Not necessary, but that would be cool.

I'd also like to see some unreleased music made available. Something like a series of songs that didn't make the albums, released semi-monthly.

I'd really like to see more beat tapes get released from both Thes One and Double K.

More behind the scenes stuff like the process behind making their music. Along the lines of the Stepfather DVD but on Youtube. Tour diaries/videos/interviews. Would be cool to see some of Thes One's surfing videos too. Just want to see more of them because it gets real quiet after an album releases and all we have are Thes One's Instagram feed.

Mainly, I just want more music to come out.

album #10, all their previous albums released on vinyl (i'm new to the tables as well!), 12SP instrumental EP, new merch, and yes a solo KK product would be dope!

a massive bbq would be dope, like if they had one or two in different spots and all were welcome to bbq, eat, drink and be merry! although it seems like this would be another example of Jamboree pts 1 and 2, just with some of the P Army involved!

guest spots would be a dope addition, mainly since the P has severely reduced their features since QITFOAA.'

it would be dope if KK relased another mixtape and Thes put out Music to Board to vols. 2 and 3 ("land" or something, for skateboarding and "water" for surfing, especially cuz Thes loves to surf!)

and yes new hats, either pl70 or just PUTS hats would be awesome. still trying to get my hands on one after five years...

I'd second mrtibbs and say I'd like puts to come to the UK, and head north to leicester/nottingham.(we're about 20 miles away from each other).
A new album would be nice. Some new merch perhaps.

Without being corny, and it is Christmas, id like thes and double (and everyone else too) to be happy, successful and creative in the new year.

(and......to be sampled on any new puts album..... ;-))
