Glad to see there's some UD love here. As for Audacity, being a huge UD fan I found it difficult to pick out a large amount of tracks I liked. But after a month or so I really got into it and I like it just as much, maybe even slightly more than Bang For The Buck. It really depends what sort of mood I'm in.

One of the best rap shows I've ever witnessed. It was a quite small but really packed venue with audience that knew the words to every song. He did the amazing Johnny the Fox routine, rocked doubles of the break with one hand, holding the mic and rapping with the other. Show also included Dagha, echo machine, Theremin, acoustic guitar, record covers.

Not from the same show, but same tour I think:

you smoke dodo? said: ha ha... thanks man.

It was in a tiny little venue in glasgow called King Tuts Wah Wah Hut. I've been to so many legendary intimate gigs in there. During a PUTS gig in maybe, 2002, 2003, my mate at the time lit a fat doobie, and jumped up on stage and went to pass it to thes, and thes was like "get that sh!t outta here man"... and the crowd was like "BOOOOOOOOOO", booing my mate I'm guessing, cos he jumped up on the stage. So my mate turns back to the crowd all dejected, head down, crowd jeering, and he hears a deep voice in the speakers saying "hold on a minute, I'll hit that sh!t", and turns round and Double K is lookin at him with a cheeky smile. The crowd went f*ckin bananas, and my mate was happy as larry...

Also went to another gig at king tuts, Edan and Insight. F*ck me, that was incredible. Probably second best to the UD gig for crazy sh!t... At the end They both got cordless mics and cleared a big circle in the middle of the crowd, and were then rhyming and dancing about in the circle, going up to people and staring at them point blank whilst doing a verse etc... was f*cking hilarious man! The whole crowd was giggle. Edan came over to me and put his arm round my shoulder and did a verse pretty much in my ear! Was genius...

Unfortunately now, King Tuts has stopped putting on hip hop gigs for some reason, and after a PUTS gig where the crowd kept surging forward in there and the monitors got a bit wrecked, they've put up a huge metal barrier between the crowd and the stage, so the enjoyment of intimacy with the artists has been killed. Pity really. Good memories though...

dude those stories are blue ribbon! AND yah, Thes passin' on the J isn't really surprising... Noonen, Noonen, Noonen. I love how open to it he still is though, I guess you don't have much of a choice when your business partner is Mike "Chief DaDanka" Turner.

Now that sounds soooo dope what Edan & Insight did. I've never seen emcees do that ever. i bet everyone was trippin'. I know Edan excels in a LIVE environment, but how was Insight live? I always imagined him to have amazing stage presence...
