I like the whole event of royal wedding .I like Kat very much & her dressing style .whenever i seen her in news with different Evening Gowns ,cocktail dresses or any Party Dresses . I like her dressing choice and its very elegant.

BUT I did watch it and I enjoyed it!
Just coz you've come out the right fanny doesnt mean you should get to be filthy rich and wear crowns and shizzle.

But how often in my life will this happen and pretty much everyone is going to be talking about it (its on this forum!!!) so I watched it. It was entertaining and then I went to my local and got on it...

But then later I got barred haha!

FYI. I didnt do anything wrong, honest gov'nor!

the royal family are an integral part of our country - they are our history! They don't do much ruling, I think it's worth having them to keep things entertaining. Being a republic is boring!

The Queen exercises a phenomenal amount of power. She has the power to:

* veto any law passed by parliament
* declare war and peace
* overrule any criminal sentencing
* dismiss any parliament and call an election
* choose a new prime minister, and a new government at any time

However, by convention the monarch does not exercise her powers (except for the last two, which she only does when requested by the prime minister). The last time the monarch went against parliamentary advice in exercising these powers was Queen Anne in 1704.

could someone drop some knowledge about what thhe families purpose is ?? I really dont know. Is the queen something like a president here?? is she ruling by herself? what do they do for the country? you dont have to get too deep or anything but I have never understood what their purpose is/was

I feel rude for saying it.. but i could give a damn about this wedding! lol.. i mean I hope they work out, have a beautiful life and i wish the best.. but i really dont understand the big deal..i know they are royalty so im sure for UK cats it is much more meaningful and important. I jsut wouldn't want my wedding on blast like that.
