"Interesting", just like a lot of things, is a matter of opinion, so I think your question could get answered different ways by different people. "I could give a sh*t less" would be one response, apparently by a few people here on the boards, most definitely. Personally, I can discount this kind of thing too, and I lose "interest" pretty easily these days. I see a lot of people say a lot of crazy things, and human beings (as a whole) can get irrational as f*ck about the stupidest things... except the hidden gay agenda to indoctrinate your kids and steal your husband, that's actually real and happened to some friends of mine. oh yeah, and that the US is going to be a socialist muslim nation that kills old people in 5 years... that's some real sh*t too. But I think what boombip is saying (although I'd never want to be one to put words in someone's mouth, so boombip, feel free to rebuke) is that she, personally, has been hearing an INORDINATE amount of people entertaining this suggestion, almost as if everyone was actually talking about an Enquirer article about "Black Jesus weds three-headed alien clone" like it was something that could actually be real.

So... I think she just wants to know why it would even go this far... and my response would be that people (especially in the age of internet/tech) get bored as h*ll and will believe any pile of (dung) that gets shoved their way. It's sad, but true... and when you venture into the realm of pop music, you also are talking about teenagers and pre-teens with some hyper-active imaginations. not to mention that anti-intellectualism is as strong (in the U.S., at least) as it has ever been.

I mean this persons articles that i posted are very interesting.. but i highly doubt Britney spears purposily put a "Blaphomet" or whatever his name is.. in her video. I am sure it has a lot to do with the producers and "higher" people.

Idk, i just thought it was interesting.. i mean when you watch the videos and you see their outfits and this and that, you do notice things more. But who cares.. I will listen to music if i like it, idc what the celebs believe in..
