Damn, ANOTHER tight album on the 27th. What the hell why are so many artists trying to cram in on that date?! Kinda glad Big K.R.I.T. pushed his album back. It was supposed to release on that day also.

Also, since I last posted I preordered Madlib, Wilco, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and it looks like I'mma have to get that Evidence album too (that track and the sampler I found posted on youtube sound pretty dope).

hahaha, I'm just so hyped and there's already a lot of stuff this month that has been great! Forgot to mention Madlib's 12th Medicine Show album coming at the end of the month and also Death In Vegas' "Trans-Love Energies". Also, didn't The Rapture already release their album? Haven't listened to it yet but I may have to check it out.

Oh hell yeah, I definitely want to hear BoC's new album. I was really hyped when I learned they were in the studio working on it. They're not open about the details and process though so I don't know anything about it besides that they are planning on it. I will definitely check out Dr. Oop & Budamunk. Oh yes.. Shadow:s new album is OK. Not great imo but very good. Scintilli is very good too. Cannot wait for the new Boards of Canada album to drop! Thanks for those recommendations..here is one for you Artist......... Dr. Oop & Budamunk -Black Love Oriented . Oop has done stuff with PUTS too!

Got Oddisee's new album "Rock Creek Park" in the mail yesterday and it's lovely. Got Smoke DZA's album "Rolling Stoned" (which came out august 30th) today and have been bumping that a bit. It's really good stuff. Found out that Kid Koala has an album coming out - "Space Cadet" - this month so I preordered that on Ninja Tune's website. I tried to purchase Thundercat's new album "The Golden Age of Apocalypse" but it's on back order so I'll have to wait. I listened to the leaks of Plaid and Apparat and pre-ordered those because they were pretty dope. From what I heard of the Bronze Nazareth album coming out on Tuesday, it's pretty good so I'm waiting on that. DTMD has an album called "Makin' Dollas" at the end of the month and J-Live is releasing an album the same day. Jazz pianist Brad Mehldau has an album coming, I'll probably cop that. DJ Shadow's album was going to come out that day but it got pushed back to October 4th. I really like the sound of it and will definitely buy it. Oh and of course Highlighter! Loving all this music.
