Haha. I was just listening to Joints and Gyms or whatever as I pulled up to the house. I like the distinction the Baron makes: "This is the first beat machine the Baron bought...." Also, it is totally true that even on the CD Will.i.am comes off as bitchy. I definitely need to get that DVD though.....is it coming out on Blu-Ray for real or no? Either way, I need to gets a copy.

On the rant side of things: I got the worst sunburn I've ever had on Sunday and this sucks ballz. At least I had already taken off work and get to use the time for recoup. Painnnn sucksss

What a sh!t England Squad for 2012.
Looks like England will be a right bore.
At least he picked Defoe, he should get some goals.

No Sturridge, no Micah Richards, no Adam Johnson, no Aaron Lennon.
Grant Holt would have probably been a better choice then Andy Carroll.

And replacing the injured Gareth Barry (midfielder) with Phil Jags (CB)!!

Give me strength, gonna be like watching Fulham playing in the Europa League... but worse!

haha, yeah, all of will.i.am's sh*t for the show was either synth-fart (yeah, it's bassy, but so is what comes out my *ss too... I don't try to rock the house and impress my wife with it... "hey, baby, check out how can i make a beat when I flex my buttcrack like this"... bppt bppt bppt bppbppbpp bpptttttt) or it was some pseudo-Bollywood stuff that could've taken a lesson some of from the tracks Thes put down on Mithai.

there's alot of chat about it, found this from someone who was at the show (haha!) -

for example will.i.am brought a moog type of thing and pretended to fart towards thes. and thes had the joints and jams samples loaded on the mpc and people went crazy.

I love that DVD.

Didn't Thes speak on this? How he came up there solo and Will showed up with his entourage. I look at it as friendly competition between Thes and Will since they have some history but maybe Will's crew wanted to get bout it bout it. I don't know. Would have loved to have been there that night.

I'm really late with this (10 years?), but...

What the (holy h3ll) is up with will.i.am in that Soundclash battle? I just ordered the Soundclash DVD from Mochilla's website and got it a few weeks later (GET IT if you don't have it and support the homie). Each of the other five turntablists (Chemist vs Madlib, Thes vs ~~will.i.am~~, Ohno vs Exile) on the stage in the three battles were all trying to make it a positive-vibe, mad-props situation, but will? Straight b*tch.

Now MAYBE... MAYBE... I'm being a little sensitive... I know that MC's always come hard when they battle. But to me, trading beats (even in a "battle") is about getting down and having a good time. And these battles are really cool to see because it's six people at the height of their craft (yes, even will). Even if you do the stony-faced "aite, that's cool" act, you still show respect. But if you watch that second battle, Thes is smiling and head-bobbing and completely giving will room and respect, and will is jumping around like a d*mn chimp and checking his invisible watch and mouthing off. Never one smile, never one moment where there is some semblance of respect... showing out for his mark-*ss crew.

At the end, when Thes re-creates "Joints and Jams" and shows will up, the crowd goes NUTS, but the other side of the stage?... silence.

I was checking for a bonus feature on the DVD where he and his crew got stomped out after the show, but I couldn't find it. Yo, Mochilla, will that sh*t be on the Blu-ray?

Anyway, you don't necessarily have to respond to THIS, but post a rant if you got it.
