the live at glastonbury track is Live at the Fishbucket Part 1

real funky, it's the bonus track on this one (2nd pressing only)

I think it was recorded in one take and it features Mike T beatboxing (pretending to DJ)

agree on more of the SF section being necessary

Ye it's definitely just on the American Men album. I was there at Glastonbury. They should've kept playin SF Knights live on the cd though but they cut it out real short.
