That would be cool but you'd run into a problem with the different size holes. CD players need the hole, and the thing might slide around on a record player.

Ide think of it more as a wax side to your silver disc's

imagine playing bang for the buck in your cd player, then putting it on your record player for some of steins cut mix on the front side... of coarse no scratching over, and would need an adaptor to fit the middle.

Verbatim CD brand makes these recordable cd's that look like 45's, My bro tried to mess with me and play it on my machine, i was thinking though, it would be pretty cool to actuallt have it work,,, you can have a single on there, maybe a remix, anything you know? It even has grooves on it, fooled me for a sec..
reminded of the sugar hill cd i used to have..

Anyhow, I think its quite possible to have this done! Maybe puts can even be the first to do this oneday... Anyone ever seent those really old paper 45 records>?? I have one that was like a cut out from a really old magazine, that displayed the quality of high fidelity by giving you a rectangular piece of a thick paper with an actual record printed on it that plays too!! Imean, if you could print a record on paper like that, why cant you paste it onto a cd...
