usually its bud and music, but I had to cut back on smoking this year.

I did a bad thing. I got a phone that plays MP3s, and I also use it as my alarm.

At the end of last year I was working some job I hated. I mean really hated. Probably the worst time of my life.

I figured if I got to haul my ass out of bed at some stupid hour I might as well wake up to something inspiring, so I set SF Knights as my alarm.

At the time it worked. When that guitar played, I was glad to be awake. Then that hi-hat came in and I was just glad to be alive.



Only problem is, months later, now I jacked in the job and moved on, I can't hear that track without my subconscious mind oputting a knot in the puit of my stomach like I got to get out and face that damned job again.


So that's how not to do it.]]>
