yo i actually saw this in a shop yesterday,

DJ Bootsy Boots - the puts mix is called 'Soul Sister'

it's on pokerdice records, i had a listen and i think its a bit more polished than that wav easy dee posted, didn't buy it though cos i got distracted by this

Yeah, it was a little twitchy it could be just some kind of error the one i listened to didnt have the glitches, Its not that bad, the beat is funky, it goes best with Dubs rhymes than Thes's. THe end really is not that good where the cuts come in..

All i know about Bootsy is that hes been around since New york 80's, known for his re edits, his real dj name is being kept secret by himeslf, so who knows who it could be!

yes now this is the interesting part ( sort of )

It says on the blurb i got

"DJ Bootsy Boots Presents his first installment on Pokerdice....DJ Bootsy Boots is a rather well known veteran U.S DJ who although no stranger to the world of the re-edit would rather remain anonymous"

I ain't got a clue who it could be.Yeah, it must be something to do with the reference in tuxedo rap.
I used to ( and still do ) get clips of new releases sent to me i think it's the quality of that when i extracted the audio from the CD-R thats the problem...sorry 'bout that !

easy who is dj bootsy boots, is it something to do with thes saying bootsy boots in the track?

yeah i know it's strange...i'm hoping thats not the finished track !
I just heard about it so i havn't really formed an opion about it, but i hope the finished track is a bit more polished !!

DJ Bootsy Boots has put together Shuggie Otis & Tuxedo Rap, its coming out on Pokerdice / its backed with Last Poets - Garden of Delights i havn't heard that only tuxedo rap.
