   ya, i got mine through om and it came super quick. the dub mix is amazing as well... nothing beats new PUTS on wax

   I got my "your record has been sent" e-mail a day or two ago... I'm assuming it'll come in by Saturday. Can't wait, if what Grip and macy are saying is true.

   Man, I wish there was a way for us non-turntable owning heads to have a listen. I'll buy the wax if someone will rip it for me...

   I usually rip all my vinyl as soon as I get it... The Trip, The Next Stets, and Live at the Fishbucket, Pt. 1 all came out sounding perfect. I've never really ever provided my rips to anyone else though...
   
   After I record the track in a music-editing program (I'm currently using Cubase, but I'd like to get something better...), I speed-correct/resample it (if necessary), do a light limiting pass (to knock down the crazy-high peaks/records pops without clipping most of it), normalize it right under 0dB (make it louder), save it to WAV on my hard drive, then compress for iPod consumption. Usually works just fine. Every now and then, I mess with the EQ if it sounds murky/tinny.

   with all the rare b-sides and instrumental lps and whatnot, id say the best way to get your P-fix is get a turntable and the vinyl... theres always the itunes version of the trippin single tho (its got dqmot on it, unlike the 12")

   I just brought the download from OM records and the damn thing will not play on my windows Media Player!!!! Grrrr so close but so far away from new PUTS......why cruel world, why do you mock me!!!!

   Just got my 12"... blastin' it all night in my apartment... Well actually, took a break from blastin' to rip it to my computer (well, just the three tracks on the B side... the two A-side tracks are on the iTunes digiDL)... so now my EP is 9 tracks:

    Can anyone possible share the Trippin remixes for those that dont have access to vinyl. I already bought the itunes version and always support the P so it kinda sucks that I cant grab these remixes just cause I dont have vinyl. Please help.

    i threw on the trippin at the disco remix at an art gallery here in sf on wed and it got everybody dancin and a couple people even came up and asked what it was! trippin is now a party must
