Posted 16 years ago #Just like the best Musical Interlude, I wanted to see what you dug after 7 albums of Fun.
I combined a few so this didn't get ridiculously long. If I missed something, post it below...
My money's on King Kuff. "I look good though, huh?" -
Posted 16 years ago #Huh, I don't have anything called 'Church' on my ...Or Stay Tuned copy.
Different releases? -
Posted 16 years ago #It's the little skit at the end of Fly Love Song... it's seperated out on the Japanese released and called "Church". I was confused at first too, until I heard Double... "c'mon, baby, let's go to church... got to get that offering money any way that I can"
-
Posted 16 years ago #Oh yeah, now I know.
Thanks for setting me straight.
I love ...Or Stay Tuned, whether it's a legit studio album or not.
Some gems and PUTS classics on that one.
Roadbeaters, Outrun, LA Song (Sensitive), pretty much the whole thing actually, no need picking a couple. -
Posted 16 years ago #Now that the weather's getting colder here in Sactown, LA Song (Sensitive Mix) is PERFECT for listening to when you drive with the windows down (or walk down the sidewalk) on a freezing night.
Same thing goes for Plunken 'Em or Roadbeaters on a really hot day. -
Posted 16 years ago #True.
If financially possible, Thes & Double should do like a second Or Stay Tuned, or something to that extent.
Just put together a little thing of songs that didn't make the cut on the last three albums (if there are any)
Just do a limited pressing, for a couple of people (from the forum) who are interested.
Help the boys out a bit, financially, if anything.
I would most definitely get a copy.
This is just me talking though, and I probably shouldn't do that too much
-
Posted 16 years ago #Haha, naw, you aren't talking too much. Have you seen the size of some of my posts? I would be at 400 instead of 200 if I broke it up a bit. I'm Mr. Paragraph.
But I got four words for you: American Men, Volume Two. That's what's up.
Or maybe they could release a set of live stuff from all the places they've been, and call it "American Men, Volume Two: Men Of The World" -
Posted 16 years ago #Haha, that would be dope as well.
Aah, we'll see, what the future brings.
As long as we keep supporting the homies, and they still alive, heads above water, the future should hopefully bring some new good things.
With Thes & Double making a living, with the thing they love to do and we so love to hear. -
Posted 16 years ago #Haha , talkin about dope skits.
Listening to D.A.R.E, right now and that intro is dope as hell too -
Posted 16 years ago #"extra shrooms.... puts some shrooms on it..."

Posted 16 years ago #Damn, things spring to mind, on this late hour of the day.
