thanks for your interest in the crib. Definately have put alot of work into it overthe last five years. When I moved in I didn't know anything about homes or gardening. Hell my parents still live in th same townhome I grew up in. It's been a crazy experience. It actually looks really fly in those photos. I'm one of those dudes that always needs to be doing something, so when we weren't making tracks, I'd be building furnitre or some shi@.

So which is more fun? Building beats or furniture?
Atleast with furniture, if its level and you can sit on it, you know you did your job. But with beats you have these picky ass fans that critique it down to the EQ of the 3rd layered hand clap.

Posts: 3,255Posted 16 years ago #I know it may sound a little preachy, but I know that a lot of hollywood bigshots don't give a f*** about working on things like furniture with their hands, and there are a lot of commercial rap idiots out there who wouldn't mind getting arrested just to boost their cred, so it's good to see two brothas like you and kk that are working toward something a little more like the "American Dream" that's gotten lost somewhere along the way these past few decades: putting in work in a broke down car or tiny apartment to make something beautiful or do something for the people, and then using what rewards you get to make a nice safe place for the kids to grow up that looks damn good. And you still find the time to party down and get those 40 racks on your arcade games. Mad ups.
