I don't even know what to say, you are such a strong willed artist, I don't think record labels can keep up with such talent!
You have been so real with your fans, that we'll follow you through hell and back if we have to. If these record labels are keeping you from your potential, then I say screw em. I don't know much about the business, but if they arent letting you do what you originally got in the business to do...that makes no sense
In conclusion, BEST OF LUCK to the PUTS! I just hope it doesn't put you through too much stress, doing all this by yourself Thes! I can't wait to see the 10 year Anniversary DVD though!! Good luck, and best wishes from the PUTS forums!!

When you were talking on the threads about what an ordeal the selling end of the music industry was becoming, I was thinking that you should jump on something like this, but I thought maybe it'd already crossed your mind and you'd nixed it. Glad to see you're gonna try it, 'cause I think it'll cut a gang of red tape that you don't need.
I know the cats on the forum, the listeners, and anyone that's seen you live (Bonnaroo, Glastonbury, etc.) will definitely have your back on this. I'll buy up multiple copies of that sh*t and disseminate like a m'fucka.
Now it's our turn to say "Thes One put in half, the fans'll put in double that!" You get it to us, and we'll get you out there, homie. Bring on that DVD. I'm drooling over here. -

I know some people get frustrated when things don't go as planned. Recent fan complaints I can think of include the FUN DMC vinyl and some tracks on Carried Away's vinyl.
I'm sure there is whole other B.S. about the industry that you deal with and we don't even know about (like when OM wouldn't tell you sales figures about O.S.T.). You never let us down... especially with the music. I'm continuously proud of your drive and achievements.
If you need someone with PR/writing experience or just a general right-hand man to get sh!t done, let me know. I could finally get out to CA permanently.

DVDs, Vinyl, T-Shirts, Stickers, CDs, Hoodies, Rizla, Posters, if your label makes it Thes I'll buy it!

I cant think of anyone else who would be better at running a label.
I havent been this hype (excuse the pun) for a label since the days of True Playaz and Ganja Records.
