Posts: 1,427Posted 16 years ago #as much as ive always had this "magical feeling" about cali...i did hear sacremento is kinda lame...but it is only a few hours from the beach and a few from the mountains...so you get the best of both worlds...so i doubt id complain. -

I have lived here my whole life and ya Sacramento isn't the BEST but its definitely not lame. Every place has its ghetto parts, lame parts, nice parts, fun parts but i mean we have clubs, bars, pubs, opening a Dave and Busters:), malls, rivers, lake, Downtown is beautiful at night, Old Sac, Capital of the BEST STATE EVER
and more... You just have to make it fun and not sit and wait for fun to come to you lol.
Place like SF and LA are tourist attractions so of course they are going to have more stuff, but ya Sac is close to Tahoe, SF, Reno, etc.. so ya you can do a lot of stuff:)

Still... SoCal is dependent on NorCal for it's water supply... if we wanted to, we could blow up the aqueduct and turn L.A. and S.D. back into desert... -

Posts: 88Posted 16 years ago #I live within 30 minutes of both KK and Thes1, and 90% of the locations they mention in their songs I know where they are or relate to.
I have had a Busy Bee Sandwich and chilled by the Korean Bell and the majority of shows these guys throw are in Southern Cali.
Sorry but LA trumps ALL.
Chicago is cool, but Sac Town I don't know.

ill always rep CHI tho no matter where i live...mostly in sports...chicago sports was always big in my childhood...so bears/hawks/sox/bulls 4 life
...in the summer its actually a great place...although highest taxes in the country
...but, i plan on spending some quality time with cali soon
