Was djing in a bar for years, used to do a few random club nights when my mates asked me to, these days though, just the odd house party and sh!t. I never got close to the "dj as a job" thing. Just didn't have the drive, or the cash for that matter, for that game. Don't buy much wax anymore either, it's too effin expensive. Gotta save my money for uni fees and what not... -

Yeah tell me about it, I used to drop £50-£100 a week on vinyl, but now I'm lucky if I spend £50 every couple of months on tunes
At least I got my needles tho!
On Sunday I was possessed by some almighty DJ force, I was off the hook and sh!t was going crazy! I was doing some mad scratching while trying to get a CD RW into my cd recorder, I managed to miss the best bit... I felt static building in my fingers and I thought I was gonna get an electric shock touching my decks or mixer so I had to stop the turntable with my headphones haha.

I love it when you're scratching and you get into the "zone" its like you're one with the record, turntable and music... you can really feel its an instrument.
I've got some scratch records and when you get a mad scratch on the pictures go all 3D and things just seem to make sense.
Its Vol. 6 of this series... instead of a POW stylee shape its like a hexagon which turns into a 3D cube when you get the mad scratch on.
