yes there was and i wish i could listen to everything! i have yet to hear all of puts songs!! there are quite a bit i never heard before. I need to get on it! -

Posts: 3,255Posted 16 years ago #Yeah, if I had the time, I'd be out in those crates and on itunes and everywhere else making the PERFECT 30,000-song playlist for my iPod. 'Cause you know it could be done, but that'd be a monumental undertaking. I wanna see Thes' & Double's biggest and best mixes.
Question for all of you: we're all talking about the best music, but what do you think is the WORST out there right now... like... take everything that's been on the radio and let me know who you think is the absolute rock bottom of all of it. I'm just curious. -

Posts: 1,659Posted 16 years ago #I know its the obvious answer on a hip hop forum, but im really saddened by the demise of pop music, ive never had a problem with a pop song, its fun, its cheesey and its not trying to be anything its not, but these kids (justin bieber im talkin bou you) really get on my nerves, singing bou love and as south park said, selling the image of sex to kids, but they do it so seriously... other artists that i dont like...
Ke$ha- 1st the name is stupid, 2nd, they sensor a song which mentions weed in passing, but this muppet can say "dont be a little bitch, she wants you to bend over so she can hit that.." or something like that, ive listened to it one too many times, yet it gets played out, yeah great role model hey u tramp.
lady gaga- can actually sing and write (see live lounge version of poker face) yet she dresses like an escaped mental patient and realeses standard rubbish songs, cant wait till she disapears now, novelty will wear off soon
Glee- nonononono! wrong in every way
I could go on but it will turn into a rant about rubbish music, truth is, no one cares what i think, justin beiber will be famous till he hits puberty and then theyl replace him with another from the big coprate machine. lol.

In the UK there's some real sh!tty dance music. Happy Hardcore, cheesy techno, awful awful trance music... I can't even bare to be in the same room as that sh!t. I can just about put up with cheesy pop music, I'll complain like hell, but I can stay in the room. But if any horrible dance music comes on I have to leave... -

hehe! this is whats so great about music, your idea of hell is my idea of a good night, what u mean by awful awful trance music tho dodo? u talkin bou the whole genre or certain artists? because above and beyond do some really nice trance wheras if u listen to the mainstream stuff then it can be god awful....

Don't get me wrong, I can get down to a nice bit of IDM or minimal techno or something... -
