Its a good e.p. 5 excellent tracks, one good track. Great horns and what sounds like fender Rhodes riding the rhythm. Doubles scratching is solid too and seems to be more present in songs too. Which is good.
I have emailed Thes about the cd. I need to listen to it in my car!! -

Loving the vinyl - especially Runaway. My only negative is an obvious one...it's too damn short! We need EPs 2 & 3 to drop as quick as possible.

Posts: 145Posted 10 years ago #My wax/cd made it down to the land of Aus today!! Even though the tracking thing says it arrived in Aus a week ago... How does it take 2 days to go halfway around the world, and then a week to go an extra few hundred KMs!! Haha anyway...
Had a listen through the wax once so far. Digging the battleship grey! Unfortunately the vinyl is quite heavily warped. But I guess that's the risk you take when you ship vinyl in Australia during the summer. Good chance it'll be sitting in a hot truck/building etc at some stage.

This is sooooooo good. I know they always deliver but this is just superb. Glad we have the little verbal skits between tracks, love that about the p. In 6 tracks you really get taken on a journey. I am blown away if honest. That cutting up of the message had me laughing also. And on that note, is it just me or do Double K's cuts somehow sound crisper?!?!? Obviously always rated his skills, just seem to be even better than normal. maybe just me. Hope everyone is enjoying the new P as much as me. Peace forum fan and cheers!!!!!
