Memorial Update
I just gave my CC info to both the florist and the printer and they are now starting to make both. The printers said that they are going to print the books today. We are having 30 copies made for people attending the Tuesday service. Po and I discussed making some copies for the forum members but that would require more monetary donations as we used everything donated thus far for the floral arrangement and 30 book copies.
The florist said that depending on the flowers we choose they might not last for both services... If not then they will make the arrangement the night before the 12th so it looks as fresh as possible. We are still hashing out the details on the design. First choice is to incorporate working lights, second choice is to use light bulbs that don't light up, third choice is to use all flowers throughout.
I am leaving creative control up to the florist as they are well known for their creativity and I feel confident that they will make the best possible arrangement. I sent them a digital copy of the memorial book that Po made to help with the creative process.
