I asked Thes at the merch booth at the show on Saturday and he said there were
only 500 out there- TOTAL!

Got mine, it's great. Played perfect on a PS3. I didn't get to see the show live. After having watched it, I can't believe what a show it was. legendary.

I copied the text straight off the OM website. ughh also claims "limited edition of 1000".

That's interesting because i was completely sober when I asked Thes, unless maybe he was on one.. . who knows though.
So i guess maybe there's somewhere between 500 -1000 in circulation?

500 or 1000. Does it really matter? If anyone hasn't picked it up yet there seem to be plenty still out there right now.
Thes may have just made an honest mistake telling you there were only 500.

yes! This DVD is awesome! Making of The Wiz is a great addition, and I like the mini-interviews throughout the set.
you're being an asshole!...
I heard there's 1000 copies total but I think Thes had maybe 500 of those (someone mentioned that somewhere I think)

DOPE DVD! Like Po said, i love the mini interviews with the dominos etc, the crowd was bumping and audio was top notch (although death of a salesman??? one of the 1st tracks had an unnatural ammount of crackle but i had it pretty loud so may of been just me) Havent watched the making of The Wiz yet, was pretty late hen i put it on last nite! Thanks Thes and KK, closest ive been to a live show and it was supurb!

yea it was tight watching the dvd and then actually playing dominos with thes! it had been awhile...and i kinda forgot how to play...it came back quick tho. we totally created the house party vibe at the el rey,.,drinkin that keg made us forget we were on stage almost!! i wish someone had a video of thes goin' "beast mode" and slamin down the dominos and murder'n my long island!!

not yet...sucky thing is i have my tables and my pc hooked up to a jerry rigged 5.1 sony system....but my tv is old school and just has the built in speakers...and my pc's dvd drive is all jacked!

Its great with both surround and Dolby-stereo. I actually ripped both 5.1 and stereo audio tracks from the dvd and splat every album out of the mix so I can listen to them nicely without watching the dvd. Don't worry..I wont spread the "live-albums" around the net. Only for personal P-fan use. Oh and got the love the mixing of the tracks and alternative version of the LA9X for example!
