Saw some brutally stupid people and others just bent on causing a scene. Was an interesting experience I have to admit but the circumstances is definitely nothing to be proud of. Been really glad to hear the government will be cracking down on anyone caught causing damage and acting like a tool.

I don't get to watch the hockey over 'ere but I saw Eso posted about the Blackhawks the other day so I thought I'd check the play off situation. The Red Wings are my team, but I haven't kept up with the NHL for a few years. I've got a couple of Detroit jerseys, a Nicklas Lidstrom stick and a few other Detroit things...
So sorry OceanMan I'm rooting for the Red Wings to beat the cheating Bruins
3-1 so far, but just like the English Premier League there are still games to go!
Tuukka Rask seems to be the main man, but he's no Dominik HaĊĦek

knew that wasn't going to happen. the Bs are just too tight.
now we get treated to one of the greatest rivalries in all of sportdom...
the 34th time the Habs and the Bruins meet for a best of 7.
this series is usually better than the final. these guys really, REALLY hate each other.

I wasn't delusional in thinking my squad could beat the goons over in bean town, just glad they made it in and made strides with a younger core of players (and yes, Babs should get the coach of the year getting to the playoffs with the the injuries the team dealt with).
That being said, I just hope it's not another Boston/Chicago finals...

also, Pittsburgh are a bunch of play-acting women. that Vitale bullshizzle last night was ridiculous.

they don't speak for the team, or the fans, and they SURE AS HELL don't speak for me.
Subban was all class about the whole thing too, after all, his brother plays for Boston's farm team.
that was a great series, the Habs played great and Price played even better. they deserved it.
i hope they win it all, and that's hard for me to say, being a B's fan.
