Oh what a night in the Champions League. Cannot wait to catch the highlights later tonight.
My message to Samir Nasri: Who needs ambition when class is permanent?
Manchester clubs at the top of the league hey......well i only seem to see London Clubs in the Champions League....One happy Chelsea Fan
So City out of the Champions League, first League loss of the season (Mark Clattenburg... enough said!!!) and facing the inform RVP on sunday... oh and he'll have 10 tag alongs with him
What I said to my mate on Monday night... "Man City will never get a penalty at Stamford Bridge while they're 1-0 up"
Especially with Clattenburg reffing... I'm sure he basses his decisions on what team is sucking his dick the most.
Its like the old fable of the Crow sitting on a branch holding a piece of cheese in its beak...
A fox wanders past and wants the cheese... so he flatters the crow saying he has a beautiful singing voice...
So the crow "sings" for the fox and drops the piece of cheese... which the fox then eats.
Clattenburg is the crow.
Although I will say Danny Sturridge was good for Chelsea... but obviously he's out to prove City wrong... as soon as he beat Clichy to get into the box even before he passed it, I knew it was a goal.
I was out of the country so sadly didn't see it but I did hear City should've had a pen.....when I finally saw the result I was pretty shocked we had won...it had draw or loss all over it for me. Long way to go still though and Christmas normally sorts out the men for the boys.
Loudwon.....that crow ref was classic lol
Will be a shame if the tag alongs score the goals lol
So the league is getting serious... as MrQc said "Christmas normally sorts out the men from the boys".
And it starts this weekend...
I'm going to be honest I am a little nervous about the next few games, they will have a massive effect on our season.
I'm not looking forward to the game against Arsenal on Sunday... altho one of my Gooner mates (dwplumber420) is kinda worried about playing City and thinks Arsenal will be beaten!
Well I am looking forward to watching it but nervous about the outcome.
Haha, one of your tag alongs (Song, hasn't his game improved?) made a wonderful pass to set up RVPs goal last weekend. So maybe they could be troublesome. Lets just hope the ref doesn't ruin the game...

The epic post miraculously appears!
LOL.
With that pic in it, it was too epic to be lost in the world of the interwebz!
So old Dowdy was alright as the ref apart from getting in the way a few times, usually outside either teams box.
But other than that he did all right.
What a great game tho and both goalkeepers were outstanding.
And we're back at the top of the table

Well, except for the blatant Micah Richards hand ball he ignored that cost a penalty Dowd did have a good game lol
LOL he was expecting Kolo Toure to head it, so it came at him pretty quick.
He does try to move his arm out of the way.
Its unintentional... but I've seen them given.
Dowd was right infront of the incident, he must have deemed it accidental.

I'm not whining about it. Judgmental calls are part of the game. It was an exciting game nonetheless.
Unless Wenger makes some shock buys in January, this match only proves Arsenal are really only in the hunt for a Champions League slot.
