   download was one minute away now it says "decompression failed" and when i double click on it it says its not finished downloading

   I don't know if either of you use firefox, but if you try to download it again, try getting the DownThemAll! extension and downloading it using that. That's what I'm doing this time and my speeds are better and usually I can restart the download with it without losing data. Should have used it the first time but I was too geeked. ha.

    Oh no! I got this message "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads for this product." I didn't get to download it completely. Can I please get another download?
