Inbetween classes Highlighter has been bumpin through my seinhausers, but my favorite pastime now involves my car stereo at full blast down the main campus street. In other news, the review seemed to lose people on the technicalities, but I can't see anything I want to cut, it all plays a part in making the album as good as it is.

This review's a little hard to figure out. I can't really find many negatives in the homie's review, but he still says things like "Me - I'm a bit more picky" and "the broadly sympathetic, but midly frustrated middle ground I tend to occupy"...
I mean, other than "lacking big lyrical hooks" (... ... ... ... ... so?), he doesn't say much that's substantive... weird.

Not to say that I dislike Hiero, actually I f***ing love them, but to say they are identical style-wise is funny... On the topic though, I'd like to see a collaboration between these two!

Posts: 1,528Posted 14 years ago #Screw reviews and critics! Everyone is an arm chair A&R and nitpicks the most minute details instead of just being a fan and enjoying the art. If the music is good, the people will find it. Don't need some bedroom internet blogger to tell me that.
