   Yea, we get Anchor Steam in Memphis. Not that seasonal type though....I'll have to be on the look out for that...

   Tough call, but this is my favourite ale at the moment...as I'm drinking it right now.

    Good call, man - best Hefeweizen/Weißbier there is IMO. (And we know a thing or two about beer here in Germany ) I'm not too fussed about flavored, novelty etc. beers anymore but I do enjoy all the different label designs, bottle styles and crazy ideas. Besides - this thread takes ma beack a few years when I sampled pretty much any kind of beer I could get my hands on (including seriously wierd stuff like rice-beer and chili-flavored beer). I used to collect the bottles as well but got rid of 'em in my last move.

    Anyone try this yet? Supposedly one of the strongest beers out there - wouldn't recommend it though as I thought it tasted pretty bad...

    definitely a good call on the "monk beer" Guerrilla... i drink that stuff all the time, whenever i am feeling internationalish.
