   I probably shouldn't start a fire here, but HipHopPhilosophy has actually broadcast quite a few Double K solo exclusive joints over the years. Some are hard to find, and I know that Thes and Double aren't too happy about people having them/sharing them, mostly because I think Double K wants to eventually release 'em one day, and having them "leak" would sorta kill any excitement for them.

   I may or may not have a few, but any inquiries into this will result in swift and decisive katana action through your jugular. *koff koff*

   Also, try Double K's myspace page (http://www.myspace.com/lacienigga/music... Tha Brothaload's page is cool too, y'all: http://www.myspace.com/thabrothaload/music) and search out the two Japan-only Female Fun releases with his tracks.

   I actually was thinking about transcribing most of them for my website, but I held back (for the aforementioned reason).

   He actually put out a solo demo of "Enjoy" that he did a while back (before PUTS released it on Fun DMC) that was pretty d*mn funny...

   I personally know AC, and went with him to the last PUTS show in LA, and were hanging out with Double and his crew. AC and Double K have been friends for years. Not only has Double K given AC music throughout the years but so have other artists as well for AC to play on his show. Matter of fact, last time Double K was on KPFK, AC was on there as well and played several exclusive Double K songs.

   All I know is that ever since I heard "Plantation Music" on Dub's MySpace page like 4 years ago, I have been fiending for his Solo album to drop. At the time it was going to be called Menace II Sobriety, but I'm sure that it has evolved into a whole new animal! Drop it like its hot KK!

    KK don't hafta drop it like it's hot, 'cause the mothafucka's flamin' suckas worldwide. I agree tho: Menace II needs to come out with the quickness.

    Actually, now that Heavy D is gone from us, I think Double's in the running for the next "Overweight Lover" spot... he just needs to do summore "Fly Love Song"-tip sh*t, haha.

    the beat is so sick. one of the reasons why Pete Rock is one my top favorite producers along with Thes One of course. both have styles that make their sampling skills turn such art into gold.
