I'm definitely in. I'm bringing a bunch of real P fans too. I just sent a PM to Thes about shooting the show in HD. I just got a new camera and I wanna run some film. I really wanna make a video podcast about it. Then hopefully get it up on this site. Maybe get some interviews with the guys too. Pass the word around the board. YoYoPo? I saw some people in this thread know the Analogue Addicts too, let them know about this project.

oh yeah, sci, you asked about my crew - Junglist Souljah Kru (although I'm "technically" not in it because i don't play ragga jungle, but basically I am in it for all intents and purposes). We're thinking about putting JSK on the way backburner and starting up a new crew, mostly hip-hop focused.
You should stop out at D'vine (Milwaukee, Damen, North intersection) Monday nights sometime

we're there every monday night (although i don't play every week by choice, don't have enough loot to keep buying a buncha records every week), but vito does live graff-inspired painting in the front while music is going on.
doesn't usually get jumpin till about midnight though. -

This is because The Double Door is a venue that only caters to those who are 21 and over, and I am only 20. But this will not keep me from trying to get into the show. Thats plan A, Plan B is to sit outside the venue and jerry rig a turntable to my car stereo to play Records out side the venue and hope I can catch Double K and Thes to say thanks for coming back(and maybe smoke a beedie)
. If any one else who is discouraged by the 21 and over show don't be because I'm takin it back to the days of Bambatta and rockin' the Lot. Hopefully this Works. see all of you on thursday. -

That's hot, but it might be a bit chilly for the park jam tomorrow night. (As I write this Wednesday night, down the street from tomorrow's venue, it is 8 degrees F outside.) If the car heater ain't functioning, maybe you could one-up Bam and rock a bonfire... though I don't imagine the authorities would be too thrilled.
