Ive only heard the cocoa bros song (super brooklyn, uses mario sounds) and the eminem/masta ace song (hellbound - uses a sample from soul calibur) and they are both good songs. Eminems verse is
how he went from his sick verses like this to 'ass like that' i will never know.
Now, from the line up of the first CD, it doesn't look great apart from them 2 songs. The 2nd one however looks to have a better line up - KRS, BDK, Jeru, masta ace. -

knowledge dropped! haha yeah on Madvillainy the track called Do Not Fire! has samples from street fighter - you can hear Dhalsim's attacks and Chun Li's winning chant.

Take the Fruit samples some pacman record... also I was listening to the Fugees and at the end of family business, just before the bit with the fake killing me softly there's a bit with like space invader effects or somethin

for heads or DJs & producers or just wax collectors you can get Video Games Themes on Yosumi label Video Games Breaks Volumes 1 & 2, i know battle records aren't everyones cup of tea, but the video games themes would be worth slotting into your box for any set or just relive those waisted drunken nights in the Arcades !

The A side has a track called 'World In A Spin' which is some DnB, but on the other side it has a picture of Ryu on the label and all sorts of Street Fighter sounds. Everything from Guile's 'Sonic Boom!' to Chun-Li's 'Spinning Bird Kick.'
I really want that Computer Games Break Record but for now I'll use the cheap option.

There's an ill song by The Nextmen called 'Hi-Score' all about arcades and games.
My mate is convinced the sample off 'Shoot Your Shot' by UD featuring PUTS is from a game but I don't think it is. -
