this dude was asking about purchasing my beats like 6months (and is replied that the beats are in use right now and i wont sell em beats) ago and now he added me through myspace and had used 5 of my beats and didnt even lemme know about it... all of those beats are from my first beattape i put to internet like almost a year ago
later on i found out that his friend had also stolen 1 beat from me
what the f*** for real ?!?!?!?!

Surely if you complained to the myspace admin that you are being plagerised then they could get those guys to take the beats down. That's real wack that they tried to buy the beats for ages and then just took em. Some people just don't understand. -

this ish is beyond wack, cause the ones that really know hiphop know there is some damn rules to the game, doing a beat from the same samples is still ok but dudes really cross the line when they do this kinda sh!t, and after stealing the beats the dude has the f***ing nerves to add me in myspace just to see if i listenned to his tracks and noticed my beats used... f*** -

then they have to manually record off the streaming audio which will sound wack.
so are they selling their music with your beats?
if so, you got some good legs to stand on. if they aint planning on selling your sh!t then there is not much you can do other than ask for them to take the music down.
do you have any copyright?
creative commons may be a viable option -

true that ! im in proces of making a beattape but this time ill put all the beats in row and put alots of vocal cuts and shouts over the beats so no-one can steal my beats...
