I've always got The Best part in rotation, J-Live is such an ill lyricist.

that J-Live record is a treat and a half. Themthatsnot, is one of my favourite tunes ever. Right now i'm listening to a lot of eyedea and abilities first album, first born. Its pretty deep philosophical stuff. Loads of chat about the nature of reality and by what kind of philosophy we should live, utilitarianism, hedonism etc. Deep indeed.

dodo, I don't know if you've ever peeped these guys, it's likely a guy of your tastes would have. But this album is pretty good conceptually, although subtle.

Jimbo - yeah man that albums quality. Prefer "Will Rap for Food" though. Its got a few classics on it. Lynguistics and fukinwichu are two of my favourite hip hop songs ever. You heard of Grayskul? They've got a pretty similar style.

Kweli pretty much brought himself back up to snuff with this album. Though none will top Reflection Eternal.
