Anyone got any suggestions for some instrument packs that I could use with Fruityloops? I'm really just tired of boobass and the drums on Fruity. For the past probably 6 or 7 months I've been digging for real drums, with good results, but it'd be nice to also have some pre-packaged drum samples sometimes ya know?
Boo bass is butt though, I need some extra umph!

Posted 16 years ago #but your best bet is to find a turntable, needle, preamp, and audio interface for your computer and start sampling breaks. Total setup can be done on the cheap for under 200... could run all the way up to 4K tho if you go the grado/tech/tubeamp route. I'd also recommend a disc stabilizer to get the most out of your recording equipment and keep low-end feedback out:
