   Has anyone stateside that preordered CA from hhv.de receive their package or shipping notice email? If you did, did you order the 2LP, the CD or both? Nothing yet here...

   yeah i finally got mine (CD) a few weeks back. never got a shipping notice and they apparently don't do order tracking. worth the delay and some minor sketchiness for the awesome shirt though.

   I ordered from the UK, still haven't had anything... was gonna email them tonight, but dunno if there's much point if you haven't had anything either. I ordered the 2LP and t-shirt combo... damn german heads need to sort their sh!t out...

   You should have received it by now, I got mine a couple of weeks back.

   Just received the 2LP w/ t-shirt in the post. The shirt is very nice.
